DID YOU KNOW THAT VITAMIN B6 MAY HELP TREAT OR CURE:
  • Acne
  • Alcoholism
  • Anemia
  • Asthma
  • Cancer
  • Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
  • Cavities
  • Depression
  • Diabetes
  • Heart Disease
  • Hyperactivity
  • Kidney Stones
  • Lupus
  • Premenstrual Syndrome
  • Preeclampsia
  • Toxemia of Pregnancy

Bladder Cancer (prevent recurrences)
Diabetes (eliminate numbness, burning tingling, joint pains and swelling that occurs in legs and feet)
Hyper-activeness (relieves symptoms and calms the behavior of some)
Premenstrual (moderate or severe, tension and swelling)
Fertility (restores in some previously infertile women)
Heart Disease (might help prevent)
Autistic children (might help improve their functions)

Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) for B6 is 50 mg a day, but because of the culprits Click on Link, we have to take 20-500 times the RDA.  For severe cases 800 mg is recommended. Food alone can't help us get the RDA.

Enzymes play a crucial role in bodily functions.  Enzymes that depend on vitamin B6 (and in particular on its metabolically active form, pyridoxal 5'-phosphate, PLP) are of great relevance to biology and medicine, as they catalyze (cause an action or process to begin.)  a wide variety of biochemical reactions mainly involving amino acid substrates.

Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) plays an important role in many bodily functions, including protein metabolism, red blood cell production, glycogenolysis (in which glycogen is broken down to glucose), conversion of the amino acid tryptophan to niacin, neurotransmitter formation, and immune-system function.  Meats, whole-grain products, vegetables, and nuts contain high concentrations of vitamin B6, thou bio-availability of the nutrient is highest in animal products. Deficiency leads to decreased neurological and dermatological function and weakened immunity.

Pregnancy

Empty calories found in sugar, refined flour, fatty and over-processed foods should be avoided while pregnant.

While pregnant, 30 to 60 milligrams of iron is needed.

The more protein you eat, the more B6 you will need.

Mothers who consumed a low percentage in B6 had gave birth to smaller babies.

B6 prevents nausea and vomiting during pregnancy.

The level of vitmain B6 in a mother's body relates directly to the amount of B6 in her breast milk.  B6 supplements may be capable of suppressing lactation (the secretion of milk by the mammary glands.).

Birth defects and brain damage in infants may be prevented by consuming B6.

There is value in prevention and treatment of toxemia and gestational diabetes while taking B6.

Herpes Gestation can be treated safely while using B6 and is extremely effective and an alternative to treatment.

Depression (Emotional)
Carpal Tunnel Syndrome
Causes Seizures
Anxiety
Bloated Stomach
PMS (Premenstrual Syndrome)
Weakness
Fatigue
Irritability
Confusion

PREMENSTRUAL SYNDROME

PMS can be relieved by B6 consumption.  The symptoms such as emotional tension, depression, headaches, weight gain, fluid retention, swollen breasts, bloated abdomen, nausea, constipation, eruptions of acne on the face or shoulders, clumsiness and accident prone, increased appetite and intensive craving for sweet and salty foods can all be remedied if treated by adding more B6 to the diet.

Women deficient in B-complex vitamins have too much estrogen which causes heavy menstrual flow, irregular periods, cystic breasts and premenstrual tension.

SEROTONIN
Serotonin is an antidepressant.

Deficiency in B6 also causes serotonin levels to be inactive.  Serotonin is a compound present in blood platelets and serum that constricts the blood vessels and acts as a neurotransmitter.  It is mainly found in the gastrointestinal tract, the platelets and the central nervous system of animals and is thought to contribute to a sense of well being and happiness.

Serotonin is a chemical messenger that's believed to act as a mood stabilizer. It's said to help produce healthy sleeping patterns as well as boost your mood.

There are many researchers who believe that an imbalance in serotonin levels may influence mood in a way that leads to depression.

CULPRITS
Steady Consumption of Refined Sugar
White Flour
Over-processed foods
Environmental Changes

ANTIMETABOLITES
An antimetabolite is a chemical that inhibits the use of a metabolite, which is another chemical that is part of normal metabolism. Such substances are often similar in structure to the metabolite that they interfere with, such as the antifolates that interfere with the use of folic acid. The presence of antimetabolites can have toxic effects on cells, such as halting cell growth and cell division, so these compounds are used as chemotherapy for cancer.

Penicillamine

Cycloserine

Birth Control Pills

Top Antimetabolites:

  • Modern food processing generates vitamin B6 deficieny.
  • Industrial wastes in our water (PCB - Polychlorinated Biphenyls) Fish (tops it) along with meat, poultry, eggs and milk. Michigan has high levels of PCB contamination.
  • Canning of vegetables
  • Vegetable Oil, Corn Oil
  • Caramel Color
  • Flaxseed Meal
  • Button Mushrooms
  • Alfalfa Sprouts :(
  • Consuming Nutrient Depleted Foods

HYDRAZINES and HYDRAZIDES Defined

Rocket Fuel
Cigarette Smoke
May Cause Cancer
Maleic Hydrazide (In chips.  2 ounces of them provide more than 8 mg of unwanted maleic hydrazide.)

Those exposed live near a military base or launching pad are exposed more due to the air being polluted with rocket or jet fuel.

SUCCINIC ACID 2 AND 2-DIMETHYLLHYDRAZIDE
Succinic Acid 2, 2-Dimethylhydrazide sprayed on peaches, nectarines, tomatoes, brussel sprouts, cherries, grapes and apples.  Sprayed to lower production costs by shortening the ripening period for fruits.  This chemical enables farmers to harvest a tree once and only once with a mechanical device. This too causes B6 Deficiency.

AGONIST-ANTAGONIST

Examples of full agonists are heroin, oxycodone, methadone, hydrocodone, morphine, opium and others. An antagonist is a drug that blocks opioids by attaching to the opioid receptors without activating them. Antagonists cause no opioid effect and block full agonist opioids. Examples are naltrexone and naloxone.

ANTAGONISTS IN OUR FOOD THAT CAUSE B6 DEFICIENCY
Food Colorants (such as Tartapazine - aka FD&C Yellow No. 5 coloring agent)
Several Herbicides
Plant Growth Regulators (contaminates our foods)
Medications
