Coconut Milk - Stop Attacking It's Fat

especially in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines. Japanese populations had lower fat intake, lower serum total cholesterol, and lower CHD than populations in the United States and Scandinavia, in spite of higher smoking rates.
So why the attack against Coconut Milk's fat...Southeast Asia people were known to be very active at one point and now suffer from obesity due to changes in lifestyle and work patterns—resulting in less physical activity and more obesity—have coincided with a surge in consumption of sugary drinks, alcohol, and tobacco. A third of South Asia's population is now classified as obese.4 These trends contribute to a “risk transition,” and a subsequent rise in hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, and malignancies.
It is not fat that causes high cholesterol or obesity, but being inactive and eating and drinking fake food.
REMINDER
The highest percentage of obese and overweight people live in the Region of the Americas (United States, South American countries and associated islands): 26% of adults are obese and 62% overweight.
The lowest incidence of obesity and overweight is in the South-East Asia Region (which includes countries such as India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia and Thailand): 3% obese and 14% overweight. These are the same people who use coconut milk in their daily diet.
Sugar

SugarBusters! DietCutting sugar to trim fat. Sugar makes you fat; only by avoiding it, as well as foods that cause blood sugar to rise, can you hope to lose weight and keep it off.
Refined sugar, honey, white potatoes, white bread, beer, rice, pasta and corn are restricted.
Food Combining is recommended. Eat fruits by themselves.
No calorie counting, no weighing foods, or calculating grams of carbohydrates on this plan. No going back for seconds or thirds. The portions needs to be balanced on your plate.
Too much sugar causes the body to overproduce insulin, a hormone that regulates blood sugar levels and fat storage.
By balancing the insulin-glucagon relationship in the body (insulin is a hormone produced by the body to lower blood sugar when it gets too high, and glucagon is a hormone produced by the body to raise blood sugar when it gets to low), you'll lose body fat regardless of your calorie intake.
This diet is based on low glycemic-index (GI) carbohydrates (those with the least effect on blood sugar levels), including high fiber fruits, vegetables, and whole grains; lean meats; and fats.
The lower a food's GI, the less effect it has on blood sugar levels and the better it is for weight loss.
Eating more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains will bring in lots of more vitamins, minerals, and phyto-chemicals (disease preventing compounds found in plant foods).
Physical activity is all but dismissed as a waste of time in the battle of the bulge with this diet. Very little dairy is included in this diet.
Guess it really does not matter if you exercise if one is going to continue to stuff themselves with food high in sugar. Sugar keeps us fat!!!
When you fill up your stomach with unprocessed plant foods it takes in a lot of volume..it satiates you. The body gets full of nutrients and it stops you from craving excess calories.Psoriasis Diet

Bariatric Diet
Posted by Karmen Marlise at 8:16 AM Labels: Bariatric
Immediately after bariatric surgery, the patient is restricted to a clear liquid diet, which includes foods such as clear broth, diluted fruit juices or sugar-free gelatin desserts. This diet is continued until the gastrointenstinal tract has recovered somewhat from the surgery (2-3 weeks, but I will do a month). The next stage provides a blended or pureed sugar-free diet for at least two weeks. This may consist of skimmed milk, cream of wheat, a small pat of margarine, protein drinks, cream soup, pureed fruit and mashed potatoes with gravy.
Post-surgery, overeating is curbed because exceeding the capacity of the stomach causes nausea and vomiting. Diet restrictions after recovery from surgery depend in part on the type of surgery. Many patients will need to take a daily multivitamin pill for life to compensate for reduced absorption of essential nutrients. Because patients cannot eat a large quantity of food, physicians typically recommend a diet that is relatively high in protein and low in carbohydrates and alcohol.
