Food industry gets us addicted to food

The food industry is putting ingredients in the food knowingly and on purpose to make a person hungry, fat and to make them addicted to the food.

If it’s in a box, jar or can, it’s been processed by the food industry

Additives (toxic chemicals) make you age quicker, suppress your immune system (making it more susceptible to disease), cause you to be more prone to cancer, and get the following conditions: heart disease, diabetes, and allergies.

Try To Buy Organically Grown Food

Almost all food is mass produced under chemicals.

Buy organic foods, especially organic grains (rice,wheat...)

What's in non-organic foods:pesticides, herbicides, anti-biotics, growth hormones, genetically altered materials and chemical food additives. All which are poisonous materials to the body.

Homogenized and pasterized food clog up your digestive system making it very difficult to digest food. This causes acid reflux disease, obesity, allergies and constipation.

Did you know that chickens are twice as big as they were in the 1950's...They redesigned the chicken to have large breasts because people like to eat white meat. They can grow a chicken in 49 days via 3 months before redesigning...Interesting, hmmm...So we are eating a lot of foods that have been redesigned...Chickens are twice as big and so are we as Americans...

Wonder if I could pull this off...no dairy, no processed foods and no meat at all...Was a Vegetarian for two years, but my iron and B vitamin level were so low that I had to invite meat back into my diet...supplements did not work...and I looked like death (very pale, weak).

Animals In The Wild Do Not Get Sick

Animals in the wild do not get sick. Ever hear of a lion having a heart attack or giraffe with diabetes.

When animals are in our care (humans) and get vaccinated with injections, drugs and start eating human processed foods that's when they get sick. Animals succumb to many of the diseases that humans are riddled with when under our care.
